Orhan Memedovski is an inspiring educator and Head Basketball Coach known for his energy, leadership and commitment to developing players of all ages. Born in Toronto, Canada, and raised in Yellowknife in the Northwest Territories, Orhan emerged as one of the top high school players in the country before competing at one of Canada’s premier universities.
After moving to Australia, he gained extensive experience as a player and coach across school, club, and state levels, discovering a deep passion for player development and high-performance coaching. Since then, he has worked as a teacher and head coach in leading independent schools
Orhan’s passion for basketball is undeniable. He brings high energy, genuine care and a relentless drive to every session, helping athletes build confidence, toughness and strong fundamentals. Education and basketball have taken him on an incredible journey, and he remains grateful for every opportunity to give back to the community through the game he loves.
